When I turned seven, my mom signed me up for guitar lessons — I quit after two weeks. It wasn’t because I was a lazy kid, I just didn’t want to be told which notes to play. On my next birthday, I got a keyboard and started writing songs every day. With each note, it felt like I was creating pure magic. I use music to express my creativity, tell unique stories and add notes of positivity to the world.

I wrote, recorded and produced this song to educate recent grads about the benefits of getting started early.
